We are looking for an energetic VP of Marketing, who is hungry to make an impact and lead Glider’s marketing. This would involve developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make it more human and stand out in the market.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to crystalize ideas into simple terms, able to connect with our target audience through relatable stories and employ unique marketing techniques. The candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist who is able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. The goal is to increase the company’s market presence and maximize revenues.
Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization to align with short term and long term organizational goals
Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences, and thought leadership contributions
Represent Glider at these events as well as in various industry conferences
Manage relationships with the media and work towards enhancing Glider’s presence in media
Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence
Manage & continually optimize the website based on product changes and optimize it for search engines.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
10 + years of relevant experience. Experience with B2B marketing is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience with marketing SaaS products or Experience in the HR and Recruitment industry (Full Time or Contingent workforce) would be an added advantage.
