We are looking for a smart and hardworking Sales Engineer who can demonstrate the value of our solution to our customers and prospects! Your primary responsibility is to support the VP of Sales by presenting GLIDER.ai products and services through product demonstrations. You will develop and maintain knowledge of the ins and outs of our software, and be able to effectively communicate how it can address the pain points and gaps in quality hiring felt by companies today.
Supports Sales initiatives by providing accurate & dynamic demonstrations of our solution for customers and prospects.
Utilizes our best-of-breed solution to demonstrate its value proposition.
Acts as the Subject Matter Expert on all product-related questions.
Assists in uncovering and eliminating customer-specific business challenges relating to product functionality and delivery.
Handle all technical aspects of RFI/RFP responses.
Travels approximately 50% of the time. (In the future)
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3+ years of experience in Human Capital Management, HR software, Sales Engineering or a related field preferred.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to speak to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and persuasively.
Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth.
A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions.
