We are looking for a manager to oversee the continuous development of coding tasks valued by employers.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the continuing development of engineering assessments, including the management of individuals to assist in the process of developing coding tasks.
Manage SMEs who build extensive library of automated code assessments.
Establish taxonomies needed for the development and interpretation of coding assessments as a means of optimizing the value of information provided to employers, and the individuals being assessed.
Design and conduct evaluation studies needed to validate applications of the assessments and ensure effective and efficient uses of the assessments.
Engage in the design and execution of creative and innovative projects aimed at enhancing the company’s future growth and success.
You are the right fit if you have:
Any degree or the equivalent in skills in a discipline pertinent to the position responsibilities.
At least 3 years of experience in a management level position with similar responsibilities.
Working knowledge of a range of programming languages.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of the role of coding in engineering positions is highly desirable.
