We are looking for a manager to oversee the continuous development of coding tasks valued by employers. 

Responsibilities : 

• Oversee the continuing development of engineering assessments, including the management of individuals to assist in the process of developing coding tasks. 

• Manage SMEs who build extensive library of automated code assessments.

• Establish taxonomies needed for the development and interpretation of coding assessments as a means of optimizing the value of information provided to employers, and the individuals being assessed. 

• Design and conduct evaluation studies needed to validate applications of the assessments and ensure effective and efficient uses of the assessments. 

• Engage in the design and execution of creative and innovative projects aimed at enhancing the company’s future growth and success. 

You are the right fit if you have:

• Any degree or the equivalent in skills in a discipline pertinent to the position responsibilities. 

• At least 3 years of experience in a management level position with similar responsibilities. 

• Working knowledge of a range of programming languages. 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 

• Knowledge of the role of coding in engineering positions is highly desirable.
